Add us to your back office.

To build your site, we need our own login to your POS or platform dashboard (the web back office, not the register) with permission to edit your website. Every platform labels this a little differently, so the steps below are general, with exact settings for Toast. For anything else, we'll show you where to click on the kickoff call. It takes the account owner or an admin about 5 minutes.

  1. Check the website add-on

Make sure the website product is active for every location we're building.

  2. Invite us as a team member

In your back office, add [email protected] as a team member or user. On Toast, that's Team → Employees. If there's already a profile for Paul, send the account invitation from that profile.

  3. Turn on website access

Give that profile access to the locations we're working on, with permission to edit the website. On Toast, turn on 6.9 Websites Setup for each location.

  4. Let us know

Reply to our email or text Paul once the invitation is sent. We'll accept it and confirm we can open the website editor.

You stay in control of publishing

You don't need to give us publishing rights (on Toast, 6.4 Publishing). Where your platform allows it, we save the site as a draft for your review, and your team approves and publishes it.

Please don't send us

  • Passwords or verification codes
  • POS or register codes
  • Domain login details. When it's time to connect your domain, we'll walk whoever manages it through the steps on a call.

If you run payroll through your POS, check with your admin or your POS support team on the right way to add a non-employee before you invite us.
